In particular, we have been supplying the cement requirements of major Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Projects in the country.

NLEX SLEX Connector

An eight-kilometer, four-lane elevated expressway, the NLEX-SLEX Connector Road starts from the C3 Road in Caloocan City through Manila, crossing over España Boulevard towards PUP in Sta. Mesa, connecting Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3, and mostly traversing the Philippine National Railway (PNR) right of way. It includes two interchanges located at C3 Road/5th Avenue, Caloocan and España, Manila. The project provides an alternative route to the C-5 Road, EDSA, and other major thoroughfares, and cuts the travel time between NLEX and SLEX to 15 to 20 minutes.

NAIA Expressway

The 5.4-kilometer, four-lane elevated NAIA Expressway links the Metro Manila Skyway to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals 1, 2 and 3, and Entertainment City. It runs along Andrews Avenue, Electrical Road and NAIA Road connecting the Skyway to Ninoy Aquino Avenue, Macapagal Boulevard, Jose Diokno Boulevard and the Manila–Cavite Expressway. The roadway is the first airport expressway in the Philippines which opened to the public on September 22, 2016.

Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR)

The Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (also known as the STAR Tollway or CALABARZON Expressway) is a two-to-four-lane 42-kilometer expressway in the province of Batangas. The expressway starts at the intersection with the Pan-Philippine Highway (also known as the Maharlika Highway) and the South Luzon Expressway in Santo Tomas and runs southward, near Diversion Road, to Batangas City. It passes through the towns and cities of Malvar, Tanauan, Lipa, and Ibaan.

Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Project (MMSS-3)

The Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Project (MMSS-3) is a six-lane elevated expressway with a length of about 17.93 kilometers that extends the existing skyway from Buendia, Makati City to Balintawak, Quezon City that will connect the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) to North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) with eight key access points connecting Makati City, Manila City, San Juan City, and Quezon City.

Metro Rail Transit 7 (MRT-7)

The Metro Rail Transit 7 or MRT-7 is a 22-kilometer railway with 14 stations, majority of which are elevated, which will traverse from North Avenue, Quezon City and ending in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. It is expected to serve up to 650,000 passengers daily. This project will be complemented by a six-lane highway component which spans up to 22-kilometer from the NLEX Bocaue interchange, and an intermodal transport terminal (ITT) to provide seamless interconnectivity of passengers between the metro lines and other public transportation.

Southeast Metro Manila Expressway

The Southeast Metro Manila Expressway (SEMME) will span 34 kilometers from Skyway/FTI to Batasan Complex which includes a six-lane elevated and at-grade expressway with two-directional traffic. The project is the first of three phases of the Metro Manila Expressway Project, which will extend all the way to San Jose Del Monte in Bulacan. It will provide an alternate route that links the Southern and Eastern cities of Metro Manila to help decongest the traffic situation currently experienced in these areas.
