Materials Management Head
Functional KRA’s;
Cost Management
– Manage equipment related to inhouse raw materials handling
– Manage equipment rentals required by the department (cranes, forklifts, trucks, loaders, backhoe, dozer)
Manufacturing Excellence
– Maintain optimal levels of inventories for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts to support Production
– Ensure inventory accuracy through timely postings of transactions and dally cycle count
– Control assets, tools, and materials leaving the plant
– Ensure compliance and maintenance of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
Learning and Growth
– Hire and retain personnel through regular engagement and performance feedback
– Define development plans for personnel in order to support succession planning
Minimum Qualifications
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
– Familiar with SAP or other ERP
– At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
– Must be willing to be assigned at Bulacan Plant (with free board and lodging)
